Ganoderma/Rishi mushroom cultivation

STORY

In 2017 I visited Nepal and for the first time, I saw Ganoderma lucidum. It was commonly known as Rato Chaw or Reishi Chaw in Nepal. I just ask with owner about Ganoderma, he replied that it is known as a king of herb and it has a market price ranging from NPR8000 to NPR 12000 per kilogram. I was very curious why it is so expensive and start researching its value.
Now the question arises
 What is Ganoderma mushroom?
When you see Ganoderma you can easily identify it from distinctively red to orange colour and  a woody appearance mushroom. It has a bitter taste,  not a gourmet mushroom but has medicinal properties. It has been recognised as a medicinal mushroom to boosts the immune system which helps fight against infections by increasing the number of White blood cells after,  Corona we all know the importance of the immune system, good for the heart by increasing good cholesterol to the body, antioxidant, slow down the ageing after all who don't want to be young and most importantly studies shows that it has anti-cancer property. Yes, the reishi mushroom indeed has the property to cure deadly cancer because of complex sugar known as Beta-Glucan and these compounds stop the proliferation of cancer cells. Maybe this might be the reason why it is known as "The king of herbs".
